Spring has arrived and with it comes the much awaited warmer weather and blooming flowers.
As we begin to adapt to the season be sure to keep the following in mind.
Control those pesky weeds. Apply weed control when and where it’s needed. Healthy and well-maintained lawns leave little to no room for weeds. So before planting, clear the area of weeds.
Add much needed mulch to flower beds. Mulch has many uses. For starters, it makes garden beds and planting areas look pretty, helps retain moisture in the soil and keeps roots nice and cool in those hot summer days.
Get your irrigation system ready. Warmer weather means more watering and maintenance of your lawn and garden. Be sure to inspect your irrigation system and make sure it’s ready for the upcoming spring and summer seasons.
