Did you know that our honeybee population is dwindling?

Honeybees are pollinators and without bees, we will have fewer flowers, fewer fruits, and vegetables. So in order to attract honeybees get plants that can provide them with nectar (sugar) and pollen (protein and fats). Bees create seeds and seeds as we know create fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Many customers have been asking to install plants that attract bees. Here are some plants that we have been installing lately that I think are beautiful in a garden:

  • Aster
  • Black-eyed Susan
  • Goldenrod Solidago
  • Purple Coneflower (Euchinacea)
